Oakton College is continuing campus improvement projects including those outlined in our recently approved facilities master plan, which will result in transformed spaces that create an optimal learning and working environment for students and employees.

The Division of Student Affairs has temporarily relocated to Room 2817.
The Division of Academic Affairs has temporarily relocated to Room 1420.
The Ten Hoeve Rooms at the Des Plaines campus are tentatively scheduled to be unavailable from Dec. 1, 2024 - Dec. 31, 2025.

Liberal Arts, Academic Affairs and Institutional Research Office Renovations (Des Plaines Floor 2)

Phase 1 has been completed. The Liberal Arts Department has moved into Suite 2180, and the Institutional Research has moved into Suite 2100. 

Phase 2 of construction for the Office of Academic Affairs is nearing completion. Furniture installation is in progress. Office of Academic Affairs will be moving into their newly renovated suite during the first week of December.

Kluber Architects is working on construction documents for phase 1, which entails repairs and replacement to exterior doors across both campuses. Construction dates will be established upon completion of construction documents and bidding process.

Baseball Field Renovation

The Infield is 100% complete. Bullpens are 100% complete. The irrigation system is complete. Sod installation is complete. The scoreboard is installed. Punch List items are being completed.

Student Affairs, Information Technology and Access and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Office Renovations (Des Plaines Floor 2)
