The Information Technology (IT) Help Desk is your one-stop for all questions and issues regarding technical support for Oakton systems and services.
The Help Desk strives to ensure that all contacts are handled promptly and courteously and, when needed, referred to the appropriate information technology or other college department.
Currently enrolled Oakton students can borrow Mobile WiFi hotspots and/or Chromebooks through the library. Loans are for the entire term and are subject to availability.

*Phone support during evenings, weekends, summer long weekends, overnight, and when the college is closed is focused on assistance with using D2L (our online learning system); other requests may be deferred to the next business day.
In person support available Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Room 1710, Des Plaines
In person support is only offered when the college is open; Oakton is closed Friday through Sunday during the summer, for federal holidays, and for a winter break. Hours may vary between terms. See the Academic Calendar for more information.
