Access and Disability Resource Center 

The Access and Disability Resource Center provides accommodations such as extended testing time, interpreters and equipment. Connect with ADRC staff at the Des Plaines campus or in the Learning Commons at the Skokie campus.

The Learning Center is committed to supporting all learners in a diverse community. Get personalized academic support, including study strategies and workshops. Tutoring is available in person and online across both campuses.

Math Lab

At the Adele LeGere Math Lab, you can build confidence in subjects like algebra, calculus, and statistics. Located on the second floor of the Des Plaines Learning Commons, the Math Lab has instructors and staff to support your success.

Oakton Archives

The Oakton Archives preserve the college’s history through institutional records, student publications and cultural materials. The physical archives, which are located at the Des Plaines campus, offer unique resources for research and discovery.

Testing Services

Testing Services help you find the right starting point for your courses. Placement tests in subjects like math and English guide course selection and support your academic success. Appointments are required for most testing services.

TRIO Program Services

Through the TRIO program, eligible students are matched with a dedicated advisor to promote their college persistence. Participants have access to resources, including free advising, special events, and guidance on transferring to four-year institutions.

Tutoring 

Work with tutors in subjects ranging from anatomy and calculus to English and writing. Free academic support is offered at the Des Plaines campus and in the Skokie Learning Commons. You can access schedules and forms through your myOakton account.
