The bookstore carries textbooks, trade books, and study aids. We sell Oakton College apparel and gear to get you into the school spirit. We also carry school supplies (pens, notebooks, index cards, etc.), art supplies and snacks.
The bookstore stocks all required and optional textbooks. Our trade book selection includes a variety of dictionaries, thesauri and study aids such as bar charts.
Show off your Oakton College pride with t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, coffee mugs, and more. Many items, including school supplies, feature the Oakton Owls logo. We carry seasonal items so visit us frequently to check out what is new.
If DDA is listed as required material for your course, there is a Direct Digital Access e-book for the class. Your instructor will provide instructions on how to access your DDA ebook. The DDA ebook is paid for by a DDA fee on your tuition and fees. Students enrolled in most classes with DDA ebooks have the option to purchase an additional low-cost loose-leaf version of the DDA text. The Bookstore will carry the optional printed materials for purchase.
Students have the option to opt out of the DDA ebook and fee. You have 20 days from the start of the semester to submit a request to opt-out and get a refund. For more information, consult your instructor or the bookstore. Complete the opt-out form to finalize your opt-out request.

Need a snack? We offer a wide variety of chips, candy bars, crackers, and gum. We also carry light meal fares like mac and cheese cups, noodle soups and tuna packets.
You can pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or by check at both bookstores. You'll need a driver's license or State ID to pay by check.
Book Vouchers from Financial Aid can also be used at the bookstore. For more information on how to obtain one, please email financialaid@oakton.edu or visit our Financial Aid page to get more details.
