Log into the ADRC Student Application portal to complete the ADRC AIM Student Application, and submit your disability documentation electronically.

After receiving email confirmation that your ADRC AIM Student Application has been accepted, complete the Appointment Request Form to request to speak with an ADRC staff member for a new student intake appointment. A staff member will contact you via email to confirm an appointment time according to your availability.
Meet with an ADRC staff member for your scheduled intake appointment. Then, take any needed placement tests after the intake meeting.
Complete the New Student Orientation requirements, including meeting with an academic advisor to review placement test scores, complete an educational plan, and register for classes.
Students must request their accommodations through AIM as soon as possible, after registering for classes each semester in which you would like to use your accommodations.
Please Note: Some accommodations may take up to four weeks to be processed, so make your request early.
